These Terms of Service govern your use of vanniedesigns.com and any design services provided by Vannie Designs ("I," "me," or "my"), a solo freelance design studio based in New York. By accessing this website or hiring me for a project, you agree to these terms in full.
I offer custom web design, branding, and logo design services to small businesses and entrepreneurs. All services are quoted on a fixed-fee basis. Hourly rates apply only to post-delivery maintenance and support, billed at $100/hr.
Full payment is required upfront before any work begins. No exceptions. I do not offer payment plans or net terms.
Ownership of all deliverables transfers to you only after full payment has been confirmed. Until then, all work remains the sole property of Vannie Designs.
Each project includes three (3) rounds of revisions within the original agreed scope. Revisions outside the original scope, or requested after all three rounds have been used, will be quoted and billed separately before work continues.
If I do not receive required materials, feedback, or approvals from you within 14 consecutive days, your project will be paused and your spot in my schedule will be released. No refund will be issued. Restarting the project will require rebooking at current rates.
You are responsible for providing all content (text, images, branding assets, login credentials) needed to complete your project in a timely manner. Delays caused by late content delivery do not extend your revision window or affect the payment terms.
You also confirm that any materials you provide (text, images, logos) are owned by you or that you have the right to use them. I am not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from client-supplied materials.
A small "Designed by Vannie Designs" credit link in the website footer is a permanent, non-negotiable condition of every web design project. Removal or alteration of this credit constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in a $500 breach fee, due immediately.
I treat all client information shared during a project as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your written authorization. This obligation is indefinite and survives the end of our working relationship.
You similarly agree not to share or reproduce my proprietary processes, pricing structures, or unpublished work without my written consent.
I design beautiful, functional websites and brand identities - but I cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased sales, search engine rankings, or traffic. Results depend on many factors outside my control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vannie Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or any services provided. My total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific project in question.
This website and all of its content - including text, graphics, and design - are the intellectual property of Vannie Designs and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission. You may browse and share links to the site freely.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services provided shall be resolved in the courts of New York State.
I may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of this website or my services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
