How long does it take?

About a week for most projects. More complex work may take a little longer — that's why the more details you share upfront, the smoother and faster things go.

How many revisions do I get?

Every project includes 3 revisions. We keep refining until it feels just right.

How does payment work?

Payment is PayPal only. You can pay directly using the secure PayPal links on the pricing cards, or reach out and I’ll help you pick the right tier.

What should I share when I reach out?

The more, the better! Your brand vibe, colors you love, examples you like, your timeline — all of it helps me bring your vision to life. We'll always start with a free chat so I understand exactly what you need.

Do you work with complete beginners?

Absolutely. You don't need to know a thing about design or tech — that's my job. I'll guide you through the whole process, step by step.

What platforms do you build on?

I build on Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, and custom HTML/CSS. Squarespace is my personal favorite for small business sites — it looks great out of the box, is easy for clients to manage themselves, and handles hosting and security automatically. That said, I'll recommend whichever platform fits your goals and budget best.

Can you work with my existing branding?

Yes! If you already have a logo, color palette, or brand guidelines, I'll build your new website or graphics to match exactly. Just share your existing files and any brand standards, and I'll make sure everything stays consistent. I can also help you refine or modernize existing branding if it needs a refresh.

What's included in a brand style guide?

Your brand style guide covers all the key elements that make your brand look and feel consistent everywhere: your primary and secondary logo versions, official color codes (HEX, RGB), approved typography (fonts and how to use them), and usage rules for spacing and backgrounds. It's essentially a reference sheet so that anyone — a printer, a social media manager, a future designer — can apply your brand correctly every time.

How do we communicate during the project?

Mostly via email and text — whatever is most comfortable for you. I'll send you progress updates and concept drafts as I work, and you can give feedback at your own pace. I'm also happy to hop on a quick call if that's easier. I try to keep things relaxed and low-pressure so that creative collaboration actually feels enjoyable.

Do I own the final files?

Yes — once the project is complete and payment is received, you own the final deliverables fully. For logos you'll receive editable source files (SVG or PDF) alongside the PNG exports, so you're never dependent on me to make future tweaks. For websites, you'll have full admin access and can edit content, add pages, or update photos yourself anytime.

Do I need to purchase a domain?

Yes — a domain must be purchased and registered in your name before your website can go live. Your domain is your web address (like yourbusiness.com), and it needs to be owned by you so that you have full control over it now and in the future. I can guide you through purchasing one from a registrar like Google Domains, Namecheap, or GoDaddy, but the registration must be completed under your account. Once you have your domain, I'll handle connecting it to your site. This is a one-time setup step and typically costs around $10–$20/year depending on the registrar and domain name you choose.
