Why I build websites with Claude Code

Visual Studio Code and Claude Code. Every site is custom HTML and CSS. No templates, no page builders. Netlify is only where the finished site goes live.

I still do the design

I make the design decisions. I use AI for HTML, SVG, and vector work, and I sometimes use Canva for graphics and logos. I do not use AI to generate artwork that is not my own.
